What we collect
Information you provide directly (First Access signups, partner inquiries, contact forms) and basic analytics needed to run the site. We do not sell your personal data.
How we use it
To send you the announcements you asked for, to respond to inquiries, and to plan the event. We use aggregated analytics to improve the experience.
Cookies and measurement
Essential cookies keep the site working. Measurement cookies — including the Meta pixel — only load after you press Accept in the cookie notice, and you can change that decision any time from the 'Cookie preferences' link in the footer. When you submit a form we may send a hashed, irreversible version of your email to Meta so a campaign can be credited; we never send your message, answers, or any other form content.
Campaign attribution
We record where a visit came from (campaign tags and referring site) so we know which outreach works. That information stays on your device until you choose to submit a form, and is then stored with that submission.
Third parties
Trusted service providers (email, analytics, hosting) may process your data under contract. Partner and ticketing platforms will be listed here once confirmed.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. Use the data request page at /privacy-request — we confirm by email before acting, and aim to close every request within 30 days.
